Due to the nature of food products, Jay’s Spice & Co. maintains a strict refund and return policy to ensure food safety and quality for all customers.

All Sales Are Final

All food products sold by Jay’s Spice & Co. are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or unopened food items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for review, customers must provide:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

If approved, Jay’s Spice & Co. may issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:

  • Orders delayed by shipping carriers

  • Incorrect address provided at checkout

  • Customer dissatisfaction due to taste preferences

  • Orders refused or returned due to customs regulations

  • Failure to review ingredient or allergen information prior to purchase

International Orders

International orders are subject to customs regulations in the destination country.
Jay’s Spice & Co. is not responsible for customs delays, import restrictions, or additional fees.

International orders that are refused, returned, or destroyed by customs authorities are non-refundable.
