All products sold by Jay’s Spice & Co. are food products intended for culinary use only.

Products should be used according to provided instructions and ingredient listings. Jay’s Spice & Co. is not responsible for misuse of products or adverse effects caused by improper handling, storage, or use.

3. Ingredient Information & Allergens

Ingredient lists are provided for all products to the best of our knowledge. Products are prepared in a shared kitchen environment that may process common allergens.

Customers with food allergies or sensitivities are responsible for reviewing ingredient information prior to purchase.

Jay’s Spice & Co. is not responsible for allergic reactions resulting from product consumption.

4. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment must be completed at checkout before orders are processed.

Jay’s Spice & Co. reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or inventory availability.

5. Shipping (Domestic & International)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

International Orders:

• We currently ship to select international destinations.

• International shipping rates are calculated using carrier-based pricing.

• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

• Orders refused or returned due to customs regulations are non-refundable.

Jay’s Spice & Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather events, or other factors outside our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of food products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or unopened food items.

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. Replacement or refund decisions are made at the discretion of Jay’s Spice & Co.

7. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including product names, descriptions, images, logos, recipes, and branding, is the property of Jay’s Spice & Co. and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
